Well . . . It happened. I am now 40 years old.
July 4, 1968. It even SOUNDS like a long time ago. I remember when I was a kid, the year 2000 seemed like so far away. We thought we’d be flying around on one-man spaceships or something. We imagined that some of us would even live on the moon! I don’t think motorized scooters and high-rise condominiums are what we had in mind.
