Has was always able to connect without a problem, but ever since the video chat changed the other week he can't connect. It just keeps hanging and takes longer than 20 minutes and he gives up. I noticed the chat window got a bit bigger and something changed, so I'm wondering if any other settings change that could be causing him this trouble. I'd appreciate any help. He would love to be able to chat in the video cam room again. Is there something he needs to do or download to make it work? Thank you.
