I agree with tamar I defenatly would seek some help with my issues no matte what they are ppl think that you crazy when u go to a shrink but you actually make sense of things better with a little help from someone who can help you heal, all they are is mind doctors and I wish that i could afford to see one my self because i would be sitting right next to you waiting my turn. Dont let no one get so deep into your skin that you let someone determine what you really need in life, take some time and reflet on your self, this here is a cry for help which means that you have realizes that you are worth something, please stay focus on positive things if you can afford a shrink go to a church and ask for personal counseling they will help you with no problems. Please take care of yourself and make sure that you say to your self each day I am somebody and I will survive thru this because God does not give you more than u can handle. I think you should seek therapy. Not only to address the mental abuse you have suffered and its consequences but a good therapist can also help you find community and government programs that will help you get the aid you need. Guys will treat you how ever you let them treat you. As far as your mother is concerned. She can only hurt you if you let her. Just because she is your mother doesn't mean you have to put up with her abuse. Take care of yourself first. Yes she might need your help but helping her may be hurting yourself. I have learned over the years that you can not make someone love or appreciate you no matter what you do for them..... You need to look out for yourself. YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!!!!!
